"Easy enough to measure at home"
I was a little nervous about buying glasses online since I had no clue what my pupillary distance was. Zenni’s guide made it straightforward, though, and I just used a ruler at home. It took a couple tries to get it right, but it worked. My glasses showed up and the vision feels good, no weird blur or headaches or anything. For the price, I’m really happy with them and would definitely order again

"Perfect Fit and Super Happy"

"Quick and easy order"
I got my glasses fast and everything went smoothly. If you're expecting a super detailed, high-touch experience, this might feel basic, but for just ordering glasses without any hassle, it worked out well for me

"Progressives were way easier than I expected"
i mean, I was definitely a little nervous about ordering progressive lenses online since my last pair from a local shop took forever to get used to. But these actually worked out really well. The reading and distance areas line up nicely for me, and I can use my laptop, check my phone, and drive without that weird swimmy feeling. It only took about a day to adjust. For the price, I’m happy. The frames are fine too, but the lenses are the reason I’d order again.

"Arrived fine, but took a while"
The production was kind of slow, and I was already feeling mentally drained waiting on updates, so that part was a bit frustrating. But it did arrive okay in the end, so overall it worked out.

Support did get back to me fast, which I appreciated, but I still felt a bit misled by the whole experience. The response time was good, but it didn’t really make up for the confusion I had going in

"I was surprised by how many lens options…"
I was surprised by how many lens options Zenni has. I needed progressives, blue light filtering, and thinner lenses, and picking everything was simple without getting too confusing. That said, I did feel a little misled at first because the starting price looks low, but once you add the stuff you actually need, it goes up quickly. I do like that you can choose what you want and skip what you don’t, and at least the price updates as you go. Overall, I’ve been happy with my glasses so far...

"Easy exchange and a much better fit"
I had to swap my glasses because I accidentally picked the wrong size. The return page was kinda easy to use, and I got updates along the way without having to chase anyone. The exchange went through fast, and the new pair fits much better. I was expecting the whole thing to be a hassle, but it was simple. 5 stars from me.

I gave it 4 stars because the ordering process was simple and quick. I found the frames I wanted, added my prescription, and checked out without too much trouble. I did have to double-check a couple of things... but overall, the site was easy to use

No scratches so far, and the coating wipes clean super easily. I know it’s just a product, but I’m genuinely thrilled, like, weirdly excited about how nice it still looks. Really happy with it!

Putting in my prescription was quick and not confusing at all. I was able to double-check everything before ordering, which made me feel a lot better. It seems like they probably set it up that way because they know people get nervous about entering prescription details wrong.

"Warranty support was surprisingly painless"
My frame broke, which obviously wasn’t ideal, but to their credit, they handled the warranty way faster than I expected. I got a replacement without having to chase them around or jump through a bunch of hoops, which is rare these days. Happy with the support overall.

I was feeling mentally drained when I ordered, so I really appreciated how simple Zenni made everything. They kept me updated from the time I placed the order until my glasses shipped, and the emails were clear without making me dig around for info. The tracking worked fine too, so I never had to sit there wondering what was going on. Overall, it was an easy process and I liked being able to see each step along the way

"Solid frames for the price"
These frames actually feel sturdy and don’t have that cheap, flimsy feel. One pair was a bit tight when I first put them on, so if you’re sensitive to fit, that might be something to keep in mind. But for everyday use, I’m happy with the overall quality.

I’ve been really happy with my glasses from Zenni so far. The lenses seemed clear right out of the box, and I didn’t really feel like I had much of an adjustment period. Reading and driving both feel sharp to me, and I haven’t noticed any weird blur around the edges. For the price, I wasn’t expecting them to be quite this good, but they’ve worked great for me

I just used the Zenni site recently, this last experience really stood out to me. The filters made it easy to narrow down frames I actually liked, and uploading my prescription was way less confusing than I expected. I also liked being able to save a few pairs and compare them before deciding. Checkout was quick, too. Maybe it’s just because this was my most recent order, but it left me feeling like Zenni has the whole process figured out.

"Super comfy right away"
These glasses fit perfectly straight out of the box. No pinching on my nose or behind my ears, which makes me think they must’ve got the frame shape just right. I wore them all day and pretty much forgot I even had them on. Really comfy pair.
