It was so easy. I went online, sorted, filtered and the site gave me exactly what I was asking for. Order process is simple and everything came in a timely manner, just as promised. So much better than going in a store. Have already ordered second pairs of everything, just so I have glasses in both vehicles, one pair at the office and another at home.

My glasses were made wrong. Because of the snow, I didn't get into my eye clinic until, I think it was March, even though I had purchased the glasses in January. They determined the prescription was not correct. When I contacted Zenni, I didn't expect anything, but I did want to let you know. Well, I was sent a label to return the glasses and they were remade. Since I found out the prescription was okay, I have purchased another pair and am contemplating getting two more. That should show you the confidence I have in Zenni. I am singing Zenni's praises to anyone that will listen!

Fast and easy! Ordered on Monday, received on Thursday. Unfortunately, I made an error on my prescription and did not get the bifocals I needed. Zenni's chat person was able to get me a return authorization but was not able to assist me in getting the right glasses. I was happy with my frames though and I will be redoing my order.

Terrible when it comes to progressive lenses. I was a loyal Zenni customer for years, but after this order I won't be going back. They insist the lenses were made correctly, but every point of the distance and midrange part of the lens is blurry AF. Really bad experience all around.

I really loved them! And they felt really sturdy at first. But, one of the arms of my glasses just fell off when I went to pick them up. Looks like glue that was holding it together just wasn’t supportive enough.
